Guardian Casket
A shield weapon that blocks, bashes, parries, and turns defense into counter-pressure.
The Guardian Casket is one of the additional weapons that becomes available after Mina’s three starter choices. Officially described as a sturdy shield with a hidden secret, it gives Mina a defensive weapon style built around holding ground.
Defensive role
Guardian Casket can guard against heavy strikes and projectiles until its durability cracks. That makes it useful when a fight is too dangerous to solve with spacing alone, but it still asks the player to watch timing and positioning carefully.
Offense and counters
The shield is not passive. It can bash enemies for crowd control, and its high-skill parry can negate damage while dealing knockback and counter-damage when timed perfectly. Grave Counter strengthens perfect parries, while Coffin Toss turns the shield into a projectile and even a temporary platform.
When to choose it
Choose Guardian Casket if you like patient, technical combat: block the threat, answer with a bash or parry, then use Hollowing when blocking is not enough.
